Refund & Cancellation Policy

RX Visual provides custom LED signage, lightbox signs, storefront signs, logo signs, neon flex signs and full store visual branding solutions. Most of our products are made to order according to the customer's logo, size, material, color, design and project requirements.

Because custom signage products are specially made for each customer, they cannot be resold as standard products. Therefore, once the design, quotation and order details are confirmed and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled without reason and payments are generally non-refundable.

Before production begins, customers should carefully confirm all details, including logo files, dimensions, materials, colors, lighting method, installation method, quantity, packaging requirements and shipping information.

If a customer requests to cancel an order before production starts, we will review the actual situation and any costs already incurred, such as design work, material preparation or sample production. A partial refund may be considered only if production has not started and no major costs have been incurred.

If the product has quality issues caused by our production process, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods and provide clear photos and videos. We will review the issue and provide a reasonable solution, which may include repair guidance, replacement parts, partial compensation or remake, depending on the actual situation.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect customer-provided information, wrong dimensions, inaccurate installation conditions, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modificationz, or damage caused by transportation, customs inspection or local handling after delivery.

For shipping damage, customers must provide photos and videos of the packaging and damaged products as soon as possible after receiving the goods, so that we can assist with logistics claims or provide a suitable solution.
